Would my loved one benefit from In-home care compared to a nursing facility? Which one is more affordable?
Statistically, home care is more affordable than a nursing facility. The average annual cost for nursing home care rose 17% in 2 years. Caring Matters believes that in-home care is always the best alternative for the loved one who wishes to remain at home, surrounded by the familiar faces of the ones who love them and care about them. The fact that you select the amount of time that we provide care to best benefit your loved one keeps the cost at a manageable level. Compared to the caregiver to client ratio found in nursing homes, we believe our one-on-one care provided by in-home caregivers is certainly the better choice. (Please understand that a non-medical in-home agency is NOT a replacement for medical care.)
